Fifty-three percent of Nigerians who live in urban areas reside in slums. This means that over half of Nigeria’s urban population are slum dwellers, and there are projections that this will increase further, as it has, since 2014. The big question is, what plans does Nigeria have for the health of its growing urban slum population?
